Danielle Green has been in the property management industry for over 14 years. She is passionate about the work she does and committed to making FLATZ 602 a wonderful place to call home. Providing excellent customer service and creating a community residents are proud of is always her top priority. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her amazing husband and their two pups, Vader and Apollo. Her favorite amenity at FLATZ 602 is the resort-style pool—it’s spacious, offers just the right amount of shade, and is perfectly located near the gas grills and fire pits, making it a great spot to relax and connect. She is excited to be at FLATZ 602 and looks forward to serving the community with dedication and care.
Ramoan Davis - Maintenance Manager
With over 10 years of maintenance experience, Ramoan takes pride in supporting and caring for the communities he serves. He enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for residents. Outside of work, Ramoan loves spending time with his family and getting out on the water to fish. One of Ramoan’s favorite amenities is the clubhouse, which he sees as a perfect place to relax. With unique features like a pool table and a cozy lounge area, it’s a welcoming space where everyone can feel at home.
